What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, smallwares, china, glassware, and silverware
• maintain supply par levels and alert supervisors when supplies are low
• maintain cleaning supplies and equipment according to HACCP standards and equipment manuals
• communicate with management, chefs, and service staff
• ensure storeroom requisitions are accurate
• keep work areas, utensils, and equipment clean
• follow kitchen, safety, and sanitation policies
• assist cooks with prep projects as needed.
