The Service Delivery Director of Experience role is onsite in Sandston, VA. The salary range is $45,043–$50,673 per year. The role supports member experience areas at the Chickahominy Family YMCA, such as membership or wellness, as assigned, within the YMCA of Greater Richmond. The director provides operational and strategic leadership to improve service delivery, member satisfaction, retention, program quality, and operational performance. The role also develops staff leadership capacity, manages labor and operational budgets for assigned areas, and maintains a regular front-line service commitment.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations and service delivery for assigned member experience areas
• develop and implement initiatives to improve member satisfaction and retention
• collaborate with branch leadership, operational teams, and stakeholders
• monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions
• lead cross-departmental service-quality and efficiency projects
• ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
• provide leadership coverage during operating hours, including opening, closing, evenings, and weekends. Requires at least five years of leadership experience in operations, membership, wellness, and/or aquatics, including supervising multiple staff, and demonstrated budget management experience.
