Patient Access Liaison — Raleigh or Durham, NC

What you'll do

• Support site certification and patient enrollment processes
• help sites prepare for therapy delivery
• educate stakeholders on coverage, coding, reimbursement, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, and access processes
• coordinate treatment logistics
• support case-level access resolution
• document account activities in CRM
• maintain account plans and non-promotional role boundaries.
