The role contributes to greater independence, vocational development, daily living skills, and community connections through coordinated, person-centered services.

What you'll do

• Support daily program activities and service delivery
• help organize staffing, workflow, and communication
• guide and coach employees
• assist with staff supervision and operational responsibilities
• monitor participant progress toward individualized objectives
• support skill practice through program, community, and vocational activities
• review records and documentation
• participate in quality improvement
• coordinate with families, support coordinators, funding agencies, and community organizations.
