Surgical/Operating Room Technician — Adults and Pediatrics

The Surgical/Operating Room Technician role is onsite in Syracuse, NY, for a 14-week assignment. Compensation is $55–$60 per hour. The technician supports adult and pediatric surgical services in an acute-care operating room setting. The role provides scrub support across multiple surgical specialties, prepares and maintains instruments and supplies, and follows sterile technique and surgical safety protocols. It contributes to coordinated perioperative care alongside surgeons, nurses, anesthesia personnel, and other staff.

What you'll do

• Assist with adult and pediatric surgical procedures
• provide scrub support
• prepare and maintain instruments, supplies, and equipment
• support procedures across general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, vascular, GYN, neurosurgery, trauma, bariatric, and GU
• maintain sterile technique and follow safety protocols
• work with the perioperative team.
