The Dinner Line Cook role is onsite in Buffalo, NY, with pay of $19.00–$24.00 per hour. What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
• manage an assigned station from setup through breakdown
• execute dinner orders accurately during high-volume service
• use sautéing, grilling, roasting, and frying techniques
• coordinate timing with cooks and culinary leadership
• monitor food quality and temperatures
• follow food storage, labeling, rotation, and sanitation standards
• control waste and portions
• assist with preparation as needed.
