What you'll do

• Prepare buffet products according to recipes and procedures
• grill items to standards and keep fried products fresh and hot
• restock display cooking items or assist guests with carved meat options when those team members are unavailable
• maintain product temperatures and inventory
• follow FIFO
• complete opening and closing procedures
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
