What you'll do

• Set organizational vision and strategy
• work with AFL-CIO leadership and board
• advance workforce strategies related to technology and artificial intelligence
• lead private and public fundraising
• oversee workforce development, apprenticeship, and training programs
• manage budgets, grants, and operations
• supervise staff and partners
• represent the Institute externally
• build relationships with unions, funders, employers, policymakers, and community partners.
