What you'll do

• Provide equipment selections, competitive product strategy, and systems knowledge
• prepare timely technical support and customization quotes
• assist Quality Assurance and end users with troubleshooting installed equipment
• coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Credit
• improve product applications tools and order processing
• prepare and present technical presentations and training as required
• occasionally visit installations and customers.
