What you'll do

• Welcome and assist customers
• verify identification and patient registry status
• explain strains, cannabinoids, and product types
• help customers select products
• maintain confidentiality and HIPAA standards
• record sales and dispensing accurately
• follow DCC regulations and OAC 3796 standards
• use MMCP and POS software
• report suspicious activity
• help receive, label, and stock inventory
• perform opening and closing duties and compliance reports.
