What you'll do

• Coordinate development of strategic plans for utility operations with senior management and Board input
• administer and track strategic plans across functional areas, including Balanced Scorecards and the Strategic Planning Dashboard
• link functional processes to Board strategic initiatives
• report planning and execution status
• research economic and industry trends affecting the Cooperative and its members
• stay informed about projects, facilities, programs, and subsidiaries
• assist departments with process development
• assess potential member services with member systems and management
• contribute to planning sessions
• maintain relationships across facilities and member systems. Travel up to 10%
• valid driver's license required.

Why this role
