What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently
• work at trained kitchen stations
• stock and rotate inventory
• wash dishes and smallwares
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
• report equipment maintenance issues
• complete opening and closing tasks
• interact with guests at serving lines.
