What you'll do

• Own Connecticut distribution planning, including substations, upgrades, distribution ties, DER impact studies, and non-wires alternatives
• develop modeling and planning processes and standards
• coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholders
• recommend technical positions and policies
• represent the company with public and industry organizations
• advise senior management
• authorize forecasting and modeling contract work
• oversee and develop staff.
