The eClinicalWorks (eCW) Trainer role is hybrid, based in Scottsdale, AZ, with office training and regular travel to clinics across Arizona. Compensation is $80,000–$90,000 per year. The role supports the Training & Development team and outpatient clinics. This trainer equips new hires, staff, and providers to use eCW effectively through classroom instruction, clinic-floor coaching, go-live support, and workflow improvement. The role also partners with IT on system issues and supports implementations and provider onboarding.

What you'll do

• Train new hires, employees, and providers on eCW workflows
• conduct office-based sessions and clinic travel for go-live and at-the-elbow support
• provide remote training
• partner with IT to troubleshoot tickets
• manage ePrescribe and EPCS licensing applications
• support implementations and migrations
• improve workflows
• maintain training checklists and documentation.
