What you'll do

• Prepare and set up banquets according to department guidelines
• prepare menu items safely and on time
• know banquet menu ingredients
• execute events to the Chef's standards
• ensure products are available and prepared
• cook proteins to specified temperatures
• follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
• maintain and clean kitchen stations and storage areas
• use and maintain kitchen equipment
• perform additional duties as assigned.
