Enteral Customer Service Representative

This position helps patients begin enteral therapy with accurate referral intake, clear communication, and coordinated follow-through. It supports timely care by working with patients, referral sources, and internal clinical, pharmacy, delivery, and business development teams.

What you'll do

• Receive and process enteral therapy referrals
• verify patient, insurance, benefit, authorization, and financial information
• communicate coverage, billing, and delivery expectations
• respond to patient questions
• coordinate with internal teams and referral sources
• maintain HIPAA-compliant records
• follow up on documentation
• contribute to quality assurance and process improvements.
