What you'll do

• Lead contractor bidding, contract negotiations, permitting, site test fits, and network service contracts
• oversee maintenance standards and work orders across more than 25 campuses
• collaborate with principals and campus leaders
• ensure compliance with Florida educational facility codes, fire and health inspections, and emergency preparedness.
