What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls
• schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• verify insurance benefits and eligibility

• obtain prior authorizations or referrals as needed

• communicate with patients, providers, and outside agencies
• handle concerns and escalate issues
• maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA
• support front-office and clinical staff.
