What you'll do

• Provide home-based physical therapy to promote mobility, restore function, improve strength and balance, and support safety and independence. Deliver interventions, conduct reexaminations at least every 30 days, modify interventions as needed, and perform discharge planning. A current state PT license, graduation from an accredited physical therapy program, current CPR certification, a driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required. One or more years of related experience is required for entry into home health
• candidates with less experience require regional clinical approval and appropriate mentoring or residency participation.
