The After-School Wrap-Around Teacher/Escort role is onsite in New York, NY, working Monday–Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. The role supports the Goddard School’s afternoon program for 3K and 4K children at its Lenox Hill location. The teacher escorts children from a nearby public school and leads their afternoon routine at the Goddard School. The role prioritizes safe transitions and dismissal while providing snack supervision, indoor active play, enrichment activities, and homework guidance as needed.

What you'll do

• Walk to a local school within five blocks to pick up 3K and 4K students
• follow school sign-out and security procedures
• safely escort children back to the Goddard School
• supervise afternoon snack
• facilitate indoor gym play and gross-motor development
• lead age-appropriate enrichment activities
• provide homework help as needed
• manage evening dismissal and share updates with parents.
