What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of managers and engineers
• set departmental goals and training plans
• oversee project budgets, staffing, schedules, and scope
• manage SCADA configuration, commissioning, and maintenance
• ensure integration across field devices, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems
• resolve escalated technical issues
• establish engineering standards and improve workflows
• collaborate with clients, utilities, contractors, and internal teams.
