What you'll do

• Prepare age-appropriate lessons and teach children
• manage classroom structure and discipline
• provide personalized instruction to help children meet educational milestones
• collaborate with teachers and staff
• provide feedback to parents and guardians
• prepare lesson plans based on children’s age and developmental needs
• teach foundational vocabulary, shapes, colors, letters, and numbers
• support interpersonal skills
• implement the five-part curriculum incorporating movement and art. The posting requires a BA in Early Childhood Education with a BK license, or a related-field BA with a BK license or active enrollment to obtain one, and a current North Carolina CBC Qualifying Letter.
