The incumbent will mentor nursing staff, participate in on-call rotations, and provide hands-on clinical support to ensure high-quality care delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain the facility’s Infection Control Program, including education, compliance, and best practices.
• Design and deliver orientation, competency training, and ongoing clinical education.
• Serve on the QAPI Committee, identifying learning opportunities that improve outcomes.
• Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering confidence, accountability, and growth.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide hands-on clinical support as needed.
