Dental Practice Manager

• Enforce office policies and protocols
• oversee delivery of quality dental care
• manage accounts receivable
• present treatment and communicate financial policies and payment options
• process insurance claims
• improve operational procedures
• maintain OSHA hygiene and safety compliance
• lead meetings, trainings, and huddles
• audit and adjust schedules
• manage schedule blocking
• follow up on unscheduled treatment
• motivate staff toward daily production goals
• conduct staff meetings and annual performance evaluations.
