What you'll do

• Take customer orders and prepare short-preparation items
• complete orders from steam tables and serve customers at multiple stations
• follow service standards and ensure food quality and temperature
• use ticket procedures and maintain service records
• follow approved recipes and portion standards
• store food using safety and rotation procedures
• clean and sanitize assigned areas and equipment
• report customer concerns
• attend safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment.
