What you'll do

• Assist patients in the Eyewear Center
• use knowledge of lenses, options, and frames to fit prescribed eyewear
• explain insurance plans and coverage
• dispense eyewear
• repair and adjust frames and lenses
• provide direction and instruction to optometry students
• manage reception when needed
• support center operations and problem-solving
• ensure eyewear order quality
• provide timely feedback on data and material issues
• learn practice management software and insurance coverage
• meet sales goals.
