What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out access-control procedures and site policies
• verify credentials and visitor authorization
• document access activity
• respond calmly to incidents and escalate as needed
• conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter
• maintain visitor, delivery, incident, and access logs.
