What you'll do

• Lead new and pre-owned vehicle sales operations
• recruit, coach, mentor, and develop sales managers and consultants
• increase retail sales volume, market share, gross profit, and departmental performance
• monitor performance indicators and accountability
• oversee inventory, pricing, merchandising, and inventory turn
• improve sales processes and customer engagement
• collaborate with Finance, Service, and dealership leadership
• execute manufacturer sales objectives and dealership growth strategies.
