What you'll do

• Oversee quality control for guest-room cleanliness
• inspect guest rooms, hallways, and back-of-house areas
• provide daily performance feedback
• assist with training and staff development
• support scheduling, guest requests, key tracking, shift duties, special projects, and supplies
• address guest and team-member issues
• follow safety and department standards.
