The Private Wealth Business Analyst is an onsite role based in New York, NY, with a salary range of $90,000–$120,000 USD per year. This position supports the Wealth Platforms & Experience organization by driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives for the Private Wealth business. This role exists to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of the firm's client service journey. The analyst will evaluate current operating models, identify friction points, and lead technology enablement projects to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for clients and advisors.

What you'll do

• Own and enhance the Client Service journey
• create and maintain journey maps, process flows, and SOPs
• identify friction points to reduce processing times
• drive technology enablement including requirements creation and user testing
• partner with Enterprise Data Governance to maintain data dictionaries.
