What you'll do

• Support individuals in developing and implementing support plans
• assist with personal goals, daily living, community inclusion, and employment or education goals
• prepare meals according to diet plans
• assist with hygiene and daily tasks
• complete service documentation
• transport individuals in an agency vehicle
• maintain required training and certifications
• act as a mandated reporter
• support health and safety and positive behavior.
