The Winterlights Production Crew, Visitor Services role is onsite at the Bradley Estate in Canton, MA. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. The Trustees of Reservations preserves Massachusetts properties for public use and enjoyment; this seasonal role supports Winterlights at the Eleanor Cabot Bradley Estate. The crew helps deliver a welcoming event experience by assisting guests at entry, concessions, and the gift shop, supporting setup and takedown, and keeping the property safe and orderly. The schedule during the event run is Wednesday through Sunday, 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.

What you'll do

• Greet guests and check tickets
• prepare and ring up cocoa, treats, and gift shop items
• restock as needed
• help hang lights and prepare supplies
• maintain wayfinding, cleanliness, and safety
• troubleshoot minor issues and communicate with the team
• participate in post-event takedown and storage.
