What you'll do

• Assist with day-to-day buying department tasks
• facilitate inventory and paperwork movement between retail stores and the office or warehouse
• support accurate product transfers and mail-out orders
• reconcile inventory variances at retail locations
• manage vendor returns, damage, and mismate processes
• receive purchase orders and verify invoice accuracy
• identify and resolve purchase-order discrepancies
• maintain vendor relationships.
