What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility
• prepare meals and assist with feeding
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• take and record vital signs as directed
• report changes in condition to the RN
• provide care according to the client’s plan of care.
