Project Coordinator III, Engineering Budget Operations

What you'll do

• Support quarterly and annual planning
• audit budget and forecast submissions for accuracy
• analyze forecast and spend variances and identify risks and opportunities
• track review action items
• run monthly accruals and validate them against purchase order balances and received goods or services
• maintain recurring reports and dashboards
• build reusable AI agents and assistants for recurring workflows
• coordinate with Procurement, Sourcing, Accounts Payable, and program management.
