The role develops complete estimates and strengthens the company’s preconstruction systems so project opportunities can be evaluated and prepared for execution. It combines plan review, cost and risk analysis, vendor and subcontractor coordination, and collaboration with ownership and field leadership.

What you'll do

• Prepare estimates for civil and heavy construction scopes
• review plans, specifications, geotechnical reports, addenda, and bid documents
• perform and validate digital takeoffs
• develop labor, equipment, material, subcontractor, and production-cost assumptions
• evaluate pricing
• identify risks, scope gaps, constructability issues, and value-engineering opportunities
• improve estimating systems and support project turnover.
