What you'll do

• Partner with the CIO on program strategy, governance, and executive decisions
• lead organizational and operational readiness
• coordinate IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, business leaders, and external partners
• establish decision rights, escalation processes, reporting, and accountability
• monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, budgets, and organizational impacts
• and liaise between leadership, internal teams, and the implementation partner.
