Vice President of Development — Affordable Housing

The role supports company growth by setting priorities, evaluating opportunities, overseeing execution, and managing risks, budgets, and schedules.

What you'll do

• Lead, develop, and support direct reports
• set performance expectations and priorities
• review development pipelines, milestones, risks, and next steps
• evaluate project feasibility with the SVP and other departments
• support funding applications and financing packages
• oversee project schedules, budgets, and development execution
• maintain development systems and reporting standards
• build relationships with public agencies and community partners
• attend selected housing conferences and networking events
• travel up to 10% of the time.
