What you'll do

• Welcome members and guests
• build relationships and provide information about programs
• support membership sales, lead follow-up, and studio growth
• assist with studio goals and KPIs
• maintain a clean and organized studio
• support operations and events
• resolve member concerns
• assist the Studio Manager with strategies and targets
• conduct check-in, guest registration, telephone inquiries, cash handling, and customer care calls
• promote retail products
• manage CRM notes and daily shift reports
• support lead generation, appointments, and follow-up.
