Job overview

The Cook Supervisor works onsite at the Federal Reserve Bank in Cleveland, OH. The pay range is $20.00–$23.00 per hour. The supervisor directs food-service associates and helps ensure meals are prepared and served safely and consistently. The role coordinates staff work, food purchasing needs, recipe and portion standards, equipment care, and customer feedback during meal periods.

What you'll do

• Train food-service employees
• plan, assign, and direct work
• appraise performance, reward and discipline associates, address complaints, and resolve problems
• advise management on purchasing needs to minimize waste and avoid shortages
• use approved recipes and production standards to maintain quality, serving temperatures, and portion control
• operate and clean equipment
• store, label, and date food and maintain food rotation
• follow HACCP guidelines and safe equipment procedures
• help serve meals and receive customer comments during scheduled meal periods.
