The Property Manager, Kirkwood role is onsite in Kirkwood, CA, and is a year-round, full-time position. The expected pay range is $70,304–$75,000 per year, plus an annual bonus. The role oversees homeowner relations for 110 short-term rental condos and the maintenance program for two HOA properties and the interiors of 50 condos.

What you'll do

• Hire, onboard, and train maintenance employees as needed
• conduct annual property ratings and communicate upgrade recommendations
• organize and track property inventory projects
• respond to homeowner inquiries and track maintenance and replacement requests
• compile month-end homeowner billing
• monitor guest and owner feedback
• support homeowner partnership recruitment and retention
• inspect properties against inventory and maintenance standards and Vail Resorts brand standards
• and support housekeeping and front desk operations as needed.
