What you'll do

• Provide personalized hands-on care and daily living assistance to clients with dementia
• monitor and document changes in behavior, mood, and cognitive function
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation

• maintain a safe, structured, comfortable environment
• communicate with family members and health care professionals
• provide companionship and emotional support.

Why this role
