What you'll do

• Source and evaluate private dining rooms, hotel conference rooms, and event spaces
• coordinate meeting requirements with stakeholders
• present venue options and details
• manage venue communications, negotiations, sourcing, and contracts
• track concurrent requests
• manage budgets and expenses
• troubleshoot event issues and maintain vendor and internal relationships.
