What you'll do

• Answer calls and route messages
• greet and sign in visitors
• direct residents, guests, and vendors
• sort and deliver mail
• prepare memos and update directories
• schedule events and guest apartment reservations
• maintain records and birthday lists
• provide community information
• handle emergency calls, monitor security, conduct rounds, route maintenance work orders, and maintain office supplies.
