Branch Member Service Associate (Part-Time)

The Branch Member Service Associate (Part-Time) role is onsite in Falls Church, VA. Pay is $21–$24.50 per hour, depending on whether the position is Member Service Associate I or II. What you'll do

• Assist members with account and product questions
• identify member needs and explain relevant products
• process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other account transactions
• handle complex account situations
• process consumer loan applications and disbursements
• explain available insurance protection
• support call center phone and email queues
• travel to other locations as needed.
