What you'll do

• Plan and manage customer programs, including schedules, forecasts, material costs, objectives, and risks
• coordinate internal and external resources
• conduct program reviews
• align engineering, procurement, quality, customer service, and production
• manage customer questions and program changes
• support contract reviews, supplier coordination, delivery requirements, and cost-saving opportunities.
