What you'll do

• Manage survey projects, including scope, scheduling, staffing, budgets, client communication, and risk assessment
• maintain client relationships
• monitor budgets, labor, profitability, schedules, and billing
• prepare estimates, proposals, amendments, and change orders
• support business development
• direct survey data processing and document preparation
• research property and survey records
• oversee mapping, staking, boundary analysis, calculations, and survey documents
• serve as Surveyor of Record and provide quality assurance
• mentor staff and support department standards and workflow improvements.
