What you'll do

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters from pre-suit through trial and appeal
• develop case strategy and oversee execution
• draft pleadings, motions, and briefs and argue motions in court
• manage discovery, including drafting responses and conducting depositions
• represent clients in mediations, hearings, and trials
• provide strategic legal counsel
• collaborate with colleagues and clients on case strategy.
