Technology Support Technician

What you'll do

• Provide phone, email, and remote technical support
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and user-related issues
• determine whether issues can be resolved remotely or require service, parts, or a technician
• document interactions and resolutions in the case-management system
• identify and escalate recurring or complex issues
• coordinate with technicians and departments and follow up
• support software updates and improve troubleshooting resources and procedures.
