What you'll do

• Manage the agency's program through delegation of responsibility
• Monitor day-to-day compliance with regulatory and reimbursement requirements
• Manage the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures
• Determine staffing needs and patterns
• Authorize appointments to staff positions in collaboration with the VP of Operations
• Oversee compliance with personnel policies and procedures
• Negotiate and execute contracts with community providers.

What we're looking for

Education

Minimum Associate degree in business, healthcare or a related field

Experience

3 years of supervisory or administrative experience in a hospice or home health setting
